Every rebuilt hammer that we offer for sale has been fully disassembled, inspected, and rebuilt to as-new specifications by our team of skilled technicians.
All wear parts are inspected for tolerance and replaced if they are even close to their wear limits. All non-serviceable parts are disassembled and carefully inspected for damage and proper function. Once reassembled, we fully test operate the hammer so you know it will work once installed on your machine.
Fel-Tech has the only fully-vertical hydraulic hammer testing stand in North America. The only correct way to test a hammer is in the vertical position. This accurately simulates actual operating conditions in a way that horizontal testing or a basic leak test cannot. Our testing equipment accurately recreates the hammer’s operating conditions while it’s still in our shop. This gives you the confidence to know 100% that the hammer works before you install it on your machine.
